I truly love to teach, and I seldom get that opportunity anymore. You mentioned the impact that teachers have, and I like most teachers can point to some of my teachers who have greatly influenced my life. It is funny though that I seldom remember what I learned in their class rather I knew they cared.Principalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03533343034164299196noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19293986.post-70115325168471617892008-05-08T16:19:00.000-07:002008-05-08T16:19:00.000-07:00Well said, my teacher friend!Well said, my teacher friend!Kimhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10334957251889705326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19293986.post-47112507505210229262008-04-28T11:09:00.000-07:002008-04-28T11:09:00.000-07:00I enjoyed reading your most recent blog post. I want to be a teacher because I have already (as a high schooler) experienced moments that represent the joy of teaching. I agree; it is hard for non-educators to understand the joy of teaching. When my mother asks me why I want to be a teacher and includes the obligatory pay comments, I respond with statements regarding the joy, and fulfillment of teaching.

Some of the closest people to me may never understand that, but it is a sacrifice I am willing to make.Pierrehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16530042832965711276noreply@blogger.com
